Set new printer selection information.

bool TerSetPrinter( PrtSettings, PgSettings, ModDoc)
PrintSettings PrtSettings;New PrintSettings object
PageSettings PgSettings;New PageSettings object.
bool ModDoc;Set to true to update the current document using the page-size, page-orienataion and bin values from the specified PageSettings object. The values are applied to all sections in the document.
