(input) New name of the main dictionary excluding the file suffix. Example: dict26

Description: The standard dictionary name is dict26. If you are using a dictionary with a different name, use this function to specify the new name. This method can also be used to specify the full path of the dictionary files, example: "c:\temp\dict26".

This function must be called before creating an instance of the TE Edit Control.

Return: This function returns TRUE when successful.

Comment: The dictionary path can also be specified using the SpellTimeDictPath ActiveX control property:
