Translate screen x position to margin relative x position.

BOOL TerScrToTwipsX(hWnd, ScrX, MargX)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed.
int ScrX;	The screen X position (pixels) to translate.
LPINT MargX;	The variable to receive the left margin relative position in twips units.

Return Value: This function returns TRUE when successful.
