Return the line height in screen pixels.

int TerScrLineHeight(hWnd, line)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed.
long line;	line number (0 to TotalLines -1) to return the height for.

Return Value: This function returns the line height in the screen pixels.
