Retrieve the information about a specific cell id.

int TerGetCellInfo2(hWnd, CellId, BackColor, margin)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed
int CellId;	Cell id to retrieve the information for.
COLOREF* BackColor	Pointer to receive the cell background color
LPINT margin;	Pointer to receive the cell margin value

Return Value: This function returns a TRUE value if successful.
