TerEnableScrollBar

Enable or disable the horizontal or vertical scroll bar.

BOOL TerEnableScrollBar(hWnd, HScrollBar, enable)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed
BOOL HScrollBar;	Set to TRUE to enable/disable the horizontal scroll bar. Set to FALSE to enable/disable the vertical scroll bar.
BOOL enable;	Set to TRUE to enable the specified scroll bar. Set to FALSE to disable it.

Return Value: The function returns the TRUE when successful.
