Description: The editor automatically closes all shared printer drivers when the last edit window is closed, unless the TFLAG2_KEEP_PRINTER_OPEN flag is set. If your application has set this flag , then your application should close the printer drivers manually by calling TerClosePrinter after the last edit window is closed.

Return Value: This function returns TRUE if successful.

Comments: This function is not available as an ActiveX control method. It must be used as a DLL function.
